Ramganga Nagar Awasiya Yojna Spread Over 269 Hectare of Land . Divided into 12 sector . All having residential plots and duplex villas . Every sector has some Commercial Plots in inside adjoing them . Time to Time Bareilly Development Authority , local Competent Authority comes up with auction of commercial plots . One has to apply directly to bda bareilly office for these commercial properties . These Properties size varies from 36 sq meter , 49 sq meter , 150 sq meter and 200 sq meter .
The commercial Plots in bareilly in Sector 05, 07, 08 and 09 of Ramganga Nagar Housing Scheme were opened for Auction by Bareilly Development Authority through auction on 22-06-2022. To participate in the auction 43 persons registered themselves and participated in the auction process . A total of 23 commercial properties were sold during the auction worth Rs 20 crore 40 lakh.
Secretary, Superintending Engineer and Executive Engineer, Bareilly Development Authority were present during the auction. In the Ramganga Nagar Awas Yojana, residents of Bareilly showed their special interest in the properties of the Authority by showing great interest , due to which the auction rates were obtained with an increase of almost 100 percent in the fixed rates of the properties. Auction amount went upto 80,000/- per sq meter of Smaller Commercial Plots and 57,000/- per sq meter for bigger plots like 150 sq meter .
In addition to residential plots in Ramganga Nagar Housing Scheme of Bareilly Development Authority, Bigger Plots has been allotted to Border Security Force, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Rajshree Tandon University etc., whose construction work is in near completion condition.
Apart from these , applications for land allotment have been sent by Income Tax Department , Life Insurance Corporation of India, State Bank of India, Urban Co-operative Bank etc , in which allotment action is being implemented at the authority level.
After Ramganga Nagar Housing Scheme , BDA is planning Greater Bareilly new housing scheme very soon .
