The two-day National Urban Planning Management Conclave organized at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow . Bareilly Development Authority participated in this conclave . Honorable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath ji visited and inspected the stall of Bareilly Development Authority .
The authority’s VC Jogendra Singh told Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath about the plan to promote tourism economy and development. He said that the Bareilly Development Authority has made a fixed deposit of Rs 520 crore in a year. The Chief Minister was also happy to hear that.
Local products will be visible on the world screen
In the plan of Greater Bareilly in the National Urban Planning Management Conclave, along with promoting religious importance, a blueprint for employment opportunities has been prepared. Zari Zardozi and Mentha have been included in ODOP One District One Product in the plan. Great arrangements have been made to develop industries to take one district one product to the world level.
Along with branding from other states and countries, an action plan has been prepared to invest industrialists in the city. More than two lakh families in the district are associated with Zari Zardozi Manjha and Mentha. The authority plans that the Zari, Zardozi, Mentha and Manjha of Bareilly should shine on the world stage.
Bulldozers run on illegal properties
Bareilly Development Authority Vice-Chairman Joginder Singh apprised Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath that in one and a half year the authority has allotted 2800 residential commercial properties.
The authority has widened all the main roads leading to Bareilly city to four lanes, six lanes, apart from this BDA has demolished about 200 illegal constructions and illegal colonies by running bulldozers.
Ramayana Vatika in 35 thousand square meter area
Realizing the concept of Green Ramayana, Bareilly Development Authority is working on a plan to develop Ramayana Vatika in an area of 35,000 square meters. Where the plants related to the life of Lord Rama are being compiled at one place.
Apart from this, Grand entrance Gates are also being constructed in the names of Ram, Lakshman, Bharat and Hanuman in 4 major routes of Bareilly. The Bareilly Development Authority has given impetus to the development by purchasing 240 hectares of land on the basis of mutual consent for Greater Bareilly .
Nath Nagari Corridor
The VC said that the historical and cultural Nath Nagari Corridor will be started with the beautification of the area of Amla during the Mahabharata period. Apart from this, all the seven Nath temples of the district, Dhopeshwar Nath, Tapeshwar Nath, Madhinath, Alakhnath, Trivatinath Temple and Pashupatinath, Vankhandi Nath Temple will be connected with the corridor.
Along with the aura and beautification of Shiva temples, information about their historical, religious and cultural importance will also be given.
10 Km River Front ( Ramganga & Nakatiya )
BDA VC said that 5 companies have been given the responsibility of constructing a riverfront of about 10 km connecting the two big rivers of Bareilly, Ramganga and Nakatiya. Apart from promoting tourism hospitality in the plan, besides saving medical, residential, development industrial and heritage, metro has also been arranged to make travel easier.
All reports are ready. The population of the city will be around 35 lakhs by 2027. Accordingly, a new blueprint for development has been prepared.
