बरेली विकास प्राधिकरण (बीडीए) स्थानीय विकास प्राधिकरण की महत्वाकांक्षी परियोजना रामगंगा नगर आवास योजना है। इसकी शुरुआत 2004 में हुई थी। कुल 12 सेक्टरों को बीडीए द्वारा विकसित किया जाएगा। गंगा, नर्मदा, कावेरी, अलखनंदा, ब्रह्मपुत्र, साबरमती, सरस्वती, शिवम और सत्यम एन्क्लेव में आवंटन पूरा किया गया। प्लॉट का आकार 72.50 वर्ग मीटर से 1000 वर्ग मीटर तक था। वर्तमान में 45 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क पर रामगंगा आवास योजना के सेक्टर 12 में स्थित ब्रीज़ी विलेज अपार्टमेंट के लिए पंजीकरण खुला है।
